Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to drive business value through expert solution design, customer engagement, and project implementation. The ideal candidate will leverage strong technical and scripting expertise to deliver customized solutions, ensuring seamless integration, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
  • Analyze customer business needs to recommend effective solutions and products that drive growth.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions and service integration plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Gather technical requirements, address technical/security questionnaires, and create integration designs.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
  • Conduct scoping exercises and prepare accurate service cost estimates.

Solution Implementation:
  • Produce detailed and precise technical documentation.
  • Customize and configure solutions to align with customer business needs.
  • Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Facilitate consulting sessions and solution enablement workshops, providing clear meeting summaries.
  • Design conversational workflows and strategies, including natural dialog flows, wireframes, and templates.

Technical Expertise:
  • Leverage scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#, Go) to create custom solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation process using project management methodologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during solution deployment.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical expertise.

Internal Initiatives and Continuous Development:
  • Document and share best practices within the team and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide input for product development.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, including technical and commercial aspects, and keep up with updates

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project implementation and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, Go).
  • Solid understanding of software development and integration concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
