Job Summary
Our client is seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional financial solutions, supporting the bank’s strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and retain a portfolio of priority clients.
  • Cross-sell a range of wealth management products and services.
  • Provide personalised financial advice and outstanding customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the branch by achieving set performance targets.
  • Deliver customer experiences aligned with the bank's service standards.

Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning fundamentals and wealth management products.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and operational compliance in wealth management.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven wealth sales experience or equivalent.
  • Must possess PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC licenses.
