Job Summary Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.
Monitor compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Conduct quality audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
Train and mentor employees on quality best practices and procedures.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS). and other quality management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership in managing quality control teams.
Experience in quality auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a quality management role.
