Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct quality audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Train and mentor employees on quality best practices and procedures.

Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS). and other quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership in managing quality control teams.
  • Experience in quality auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a quality management role.
