Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and oversee projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project commitments are met while maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and plan projects to meet targets related to timelines, quality, budgets, and client expectations.
- Assist in defining project goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise between projects or teams.
- Develop systems to monitor and evaluate project progress.
- Provide supervision and implement corrective measures to drive project success.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Technical Expertise - Proficient in MS Office applications and MS Project software.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within allocated time frames.
Qualifications - Recognized Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in successful project management (preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
