Job SummaryOur client is seeking a results-driven Insurance Specialist to provide tailored bancassurance advice while supporting Affluent Distribution, Business Banking, and Personal Banking channels. This role focuses on driving insurance sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities - Sell a range of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.
- Provide personalised financial advice based on client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Insurance Service Providers (ISPs) for smooth sales and service execution.
- Plan and execute bancassurance sales activities.
- Build in-depth knowledge of bancassurance products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve insurance-related issues.
- Comply with Wealth Solution policies and procedures governing insurance transactions.
- Ensure complete, accurate documentation for all sales in accordance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive achievement of wealth insurance revenue targets.
Technical Expertise - Strong sales drive with proven banking sales experience.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products; familiarity with other wealth products is an advantage.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Skilled in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Familiarity with operational risk and regulatory compliance in insurance sales.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications - Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience with a proven track record.
- Possess PCE, CEILLI, TBE, and/or FIMM certifications prior to official start.
