Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within industrial operations. The role involves developing and implementing robust HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe workplace culture through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and regular safety audits.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver training programs to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of OSHA, ISO, and other relevant safety standards.
Proficient in risk assessment tools, hazard identification, and incident investigation methodologies.
Knowledge of environmental impact assessment processes and compliance requirements.
Skilled in developing and implementing emergency response plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE engineering, preferably in industrial environments.
