Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Improve, implement, and maintain exiting HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard identification activities.
Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training programs and promote safety awareness across the workforce.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant safety and environmental standards.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
Skilled in developing and executing emergency preparedness and response plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE roles within industrial or construction environments.
