Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled EUC Engineer to remotely support global end-user environments, optimizing user experience across devices, systems, and applications including Windows 11 and AI-powered tools like Co-Pilot PC. The role involves working within a global team to manage and resolve technical issues across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote end-user support primarily for Wilmar Singapore offices and assist global users as needed.
  • Utilize JIRA or equivalent ticketing systems to track and document support activities.
  • Proactively monitor, manage, and resolve incidents, requests, and changes within the EUC environment, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and handle escalated issues to maintain consistent service availability.
  • Analyze and research emerging technical issues and devise innovative solutions.
  • Deploy software updates, troubleshoot applications, and optimize end-user performance.
  • Deliver technical support for Windows and mobile OS, Office 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Active Directory), Zoom, and file/print infrastructure.
  • Conduct periodic group training sessions to improve technology adoption.
  • Provide after-hours support when necessary.

Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), and file/print infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and iOS/Android mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with security practices including BitLocker, endpoint protection, and data compliance policies.
  • Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies rapidly.
  • Excellent customer service skills, especially in supporting senior executives.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in helpdesk support and IT project management; fresh graduates with relevant skills may also be considered.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
