Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level remote and on-site support, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales technical operations, effective troubleshooting, and continuous customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide remote support for customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
  • Handle escalations from support teams.
2. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
3. Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support
  • Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations
  • Minimum 3-years working experience
