Role Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to oversee the upkeep and reliability of critical systems in high-tech environments. This role involves managing maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, proven leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors to achieve optimal results.


Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance operations for critical systems to ensure minimal service interruptions.
• Perform inspections and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, UPS, and generators.
• Supervise vendor-led maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and proper procedures.
• Provide technical assistance, deliver on-site training, and support troubleshooting and commissioning of new facilities.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and ensure availability of essential components.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet customer SLAs and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Manage work orders and maintain comprehensive records for both corrective and preventive maintenance processes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for building infrastructure systems.

• Strong knowledge of critical systems, with a focus on electrical and HVAC technologies.
• Proficient in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for high-tech environments.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventive maintenance best practices.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data centers or high-tech environments.
• 33kV/11kV chargeman qualification preferred.
• Availability to provide 24/7 technical support and flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
