Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst to deliver IT solutions and revamp processes aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will gather requirements, analyze workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize IT systems and ensure successful project outcomes. Experience in BFSI technical projects and strong communication skills to bridge technical teams and end users are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of IT solutions and process improvements to meet business objectives.
- Participate in discovery workshops to capture user requirements, process flows, and user journeys.
- Analyze and document requirements; revise system logic, business processes, and workflows as needed.
- Identify business needs and propose actionable steps to enhance IT system operations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document requirements, assess scenarios, and implement changes addressing evolving business needs.
- Design test scenarios, create test scripts, and define expected results for comprehensive testing cycles.
- Analyze test results to identify defects, manage issues, and facilitate timely resolution.
Technical Expertise - Strong ability to identify and define requirements using diverse scenarios and validate with stakeholders.
- Skilled in conveying business scenarios and requirements clearly to both technical teams and end users.
- Expertise in business techniques for facilitating workflow changes and process enhancements.
- Knowledgeable in coordinating SIT and UAT processes effectively.
Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with BFSI technical projects.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or within cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
